You've taken an important first step in choosing us as your medical provider. Here are a few things our new patients need to know about getting the care they need.
We accept most PPO insurance plans, and some HMO plans through American Specialty Health (ASH) (Kaiser for example). We also accept Workmen’s Compensation, Accident and Personal Injury, and Overseas Travelers’ Accident Insurance.
If you would like to know if our services are covered on your insurance plan, please make sure to bring your insurance card with you on your first visit, and we will check to see what kind of coverage you have on your insurance policy.
If you are a Kaiser member, you must have a copy of the referral letter with you.
For patients with no coverage for acupuncture or do not wish to use their insurance, we accept cash, personal check, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
We understand that paying for your healthcare can cause concern and we strive to provide compassionate care. We want everyone to receive the treatment they need and get healthy. Please make sure to ask us about our different discount packages.
